You agree that you will NOT, and will not permit any third party to:

• Use the Services to access, scrape, or extract data from any system for which you do not have explicit legal authorization.

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law, regulation, or third-party rights (including intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights).

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, underlying ideas, or algorithms of the Services.

• User Content: You retain all ownership rights to the data, information, and content you submit, upload, or transmit through the Services ("User Content").
